To report potential fraud or if your Commercial Bank debit card has been blocked, please call (423) 869-5151 during business hours. Card management is also available within online banking.
Your debit card may be temporarily blocked if potential fraud has been suspected in order to keep your account safe. If we have detected potential fraud, you may have received a call, text alert, or email from our fraud center to the number or email address we have on file.
The fraud center will verify recent activity on your card. Please remember, you should not be asked for your bank ID, account number, user name, or password. Never voluntarily give out your bank account information or security credentials.
Please make sure to notify the bank when your contact information changes, so we have current ways to reach you. This allows you to verify purchases and may prevent your card being turned off.
