Loan Operations (full-time) - Harrogate, TN
Commercial Bank is seeking a Loan Operations Data Specialist. This role is the foundation of our lending process, ensuring that every file entered into our core system is accurate, compliant, and ready for servicing. Key responsibilities include accurately entering and boarding new loan data, renewals, and modifications; performing quality control checks to identify and correct discrepancies in loan terms, interest rates, and customer information; and utilizing internal banking software and Microsoft Office Suite to maintain data integrity. High school diploma or equivalent required, associate's or bachelor's degree is a plus. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in data entry, banking, or a detail-heavy administration role, advanced computer literacy, 10-key proficiency, have exceptional attention to detail and the ability to self-audit work.
