Experience an upgraded online banking and mobile banking platform!
On February 21, 2023, our current online and mobile banking platforms were upgraded to an improved digital banking experience with more convenience, added security, and new features!
Access from Any Device - Online Banking
Visit cbtn.com and click on "Online Banking" in the upper right corner.
Personal accounts customers - leave the "Personal" button selected to log in to the new experience!
Business/Cash Management customers - Select "Business" before logging in to continue to the current online banking platform with access to your business banking features.
Use your existing credentials (same username and password) to sign in.
You will also be asked to set up two-factor authentication to help safeguard your account. Once this information is entered, you'll choose to receive a one time verification code by either 1) Text message to the mobile number entered, 2) automated phone call to the mobile number entered, or 3) an authenticator app.
Access the Mobile Banking App
Download the new app from the Apple App Store or Google Play store by searching for "Commercial Bank App". (If you open the existing app on your phone, it should also prompt you to download the new app.)
Use your existing credentials to log in. Please note: Biometrics will NOT work the first time you log in to the app. If you need help recalling your username or password, please call your local branch or customer service.
