To report potential fraud or if your Commercial Bank card has been blocked:

Your Debit Card may be temporarily blocked if potential fraud has been suspected in order to keep your account safe. You may have received a call from our Fraud Center, a Text Alert from 32874, or an email at the address we have on file if we have detected potential fraud on your card.
The fraud center will verify recent activity on your card. Please remember, you should not be asked for your bank ID, account number, user name, or password. Never voluntarily give out your bank account information or security credentials.
